Happy New Year Eve! Are you excited to ring in the new year? Do so by listening to episode 8 of the Remoter Podcast ๐Ÿ˜€๐ŸŽ๐Ÿพ!

In this episode, we're talking about what makes a remote work culture different from an office-based work culture. But deep down, a strong and supportive team culture is what's craved by people.

PS: Andres and Josephine go on a tangent about a got-funded-but-not-really jacket with better stitching that's thankfully not a potato sack. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Hosted by Remoter Ambassador Josephine Tse and Torre's Chief Growth Officer Andrรฉs Cajiao, this podcast will take you on a journey as we cover topics surrounding how to build and/or scale your very own remote-first teams.
