As companies grow and expand to having multiple offices, people working from multiple locations, people collaborating from different parts of the world... isn't that also remote work? Why not cut overhead costs and go remote-first?

In reality, maybe the decision seems like an easy one to make on the surface. In this episode, we cover in detail the "whens" & "when nots" to go remote. However, with technological advancements and creative problem solving, we consistently have entrepreneurs who are thinking outside the box and finding alternative solutions to make remote work, work for their specific cases and cause.

Hosted by Remoter Ambassador Josephine Tse and Torre's Chief Growth Officer Andrés Cajiao, this podcast will take you on a journey as we cover topics surrounding how to build and/or scale your very own remote-first teams.
