"It's very important for you as a leader to make sure your team members feel included for them to be able to succeed."

- Alexander Torrenegra.

At the end of the day, everyone will have their own opinion on what's more successful (remote-first v.s. remote-friendly) but truly, it's a matter of positioning. How a leader prioritizes and structures processes will determine how well they and their team approaches a remote-first or remote-friendly work environment. It's important to stick by your words and choices so you can find ways to take care of your team.

To reiterate the last part of the podcast, we want to ask our listeners out there, if you work in a remote-based team, what do you guys do to keep up team culture? We'd love to hear get some ideas from you guys too so we can share it with our team and also with other listeners of the Remoter Podcast.

Hosted by Remoter Ambassador Josephine Tse and Torre's Chief Growth Officer Andrés Cajiao, this podcast will take you on a journey as we cover topics surrounding how to build and/or scale your very own remote-first teams.
