How was your on-boarding experience with your employers? As we all know, on-boarding is a very important part of the hiring and recruitment process - even though it’s at the end of the list (hooray, you’ve got your new employee joining the team, you’ve gone through the difficult parts of picking this candidate from a pool of many others), this is the real ‘first impression’ that they’ll have when starting their first day of work.

I’m sure you’ll find Andrés’ on-boarding experience quite unique, and if you want to read further about different ways to on-board remote employees and how to make sure they’ve logistically got everything they need, our reference articles are linked directly.

We continue to lament over this, but it’s our season 1 episode finale! Thank you for coming along this journey with us as we went through a whole program, digging deep into Alexander Torrenegra’s experiences and learnings to draw out the best lessons on how to build and scale remote-first teams.

Again, we continue to take in requests and suggestions on who Josephine should be visiting and interviewing for season 2. If you have any suggestions, please leave it in the comments below or contact us here.

Hosted by Remoter Ambassador Josephine Tse and Torre's Chief Growth Officer Andrés Cajiao, this podcast will take you on a journey as we cover topics surrounding how to build and/or scale your very own remote-first teams.
