If you are in the process of hiring remotely for the first time, this is an episode that will help you consider the small, overlooked details within the extension of job offers to people who may not live in the same country as you. For instance, job contracts are given out… but in the United States, people would usually just receive a letter of employment, and that acts as the ‘contract’ so many other countries are used to.

Again, we continue to take in requests and suggestions on who Josephine should be visiting and interviewing for season 2. If you have any suggestions, please leave it in the comments below or contact us here.

Hosted by Remoter Ambassador Josephine Tse and Torre's Chief Growth Officer Andrés Cajiao, this podcast will take you on a journey as we cover topics surrounding how to build and/or scale your very own remote-first teams.
