Welcome to episode 10 of the Remoter Podcast! In this episode, we talk about how personal branding is an increasingly important aspect, especially as globalization and technological advancements continue to open up our world at a rapid pace. Where do you build that initial trust between the talent seekers and potential candidates? How do you convince people that your company is the place to be? One encompassing solution is to have a strong digital presence, an online personal brand.

A very interesting conclusion Alexander Torrenegra reached is that personal branding has been a consequence of what he was trying to do, which is build communities and help people. There's organically better results when an audience can see that you're trying to be genuine and transparent/building an original personal brand, rather than a manufactured image of yourself.

Hosted by Remoter Ambassador Josephine Tse and Torre's Chief Growth Officer Andrés Cajiao, this podcast will take you on a journey as we cover topics surrounding how to build and/or scale your very own remote-first teams.
